We recently hired Monaco Concepts to repair and resurface our pool deck and side yard. We had gotten several quotes prior to proceeding with the work and the reason we chose Monaco was because Tony seemed the most knowledgeable about how to solve our issues with the existing deck surface. The whole team from Aaron to the labourers were extremely professional and kept us advised of the work in progress and what would be done at each step of the process. We just bought a home in Palm Springs, and all of the pool decking needed to be replaced. We received quotes from 4 companies, but it was clear from the beginning that Monaco was the most professional and knowledgeable of all of them. From beginning to end, the project went along without any problems. The only glitch was when we made the wrong color choice, (our fault), but the company worked with us until the job was to our satisfaction. I'm not one to write reviews, but this needs to be said. These guys are true pros. First thing they did was come out to our property to see what was involved. Then they drove us around to several projects they have done in the area so we could see the quality of their work and get an idea of what we wanted to do with our concrete. We were extremely impressed and hired them on the spot. They explained each step of the process and gave us an estimate of how long the job would take to complete. They stuck to the schedule despite record high temperatures. When the prep work was done, it was time to lay down the color. It requires a lot of experience to create a blend of colors that will match whatever is already existing on your property. The final result was amazing. We couldn't be happier with the final result. We highly recommend Monaco Concepts.

The city has just finaled our ADU moments ago. We are extremely grateful to the City officials and the SDW Construction for making it happen. It is normal for a budgeted project which is dependent on many other external factors to take longer than normal. But our family is happy with the job as it came out. Samuel D White and his brother Tommy White has depth of experience, integrity, flexibility and most importantly ability to listen to client's needs. It is normal to have an up and down through the process but they will get the job done in highest quality according to the budget.

I received an excellent customer service from SDW Construction. They were quick to respond and provide me with a bid. I needed to get some electric and dry wall work done in my office. They came out the same day and took care of everything I asked them to do. Within 3 days everything was complete and taken care of. After each day of work, they would clean the place up and only then leave the office. I will use their services on the future for sure. The owner’s name is Sammy. He has been such a professional to deal with.

We moved into a new build, and the backyard was unfinished besides the outdoor room/patio that was built with the home. We wanted to add more concrete to one side and Reached out to SDW for some information and quotes. After checking out a few companies were decided to go with SDW, and I am so glad that we did. Communication to set up the project was simple and the day the work was completed, it was done efficiently, they worked fast and stayed on schedule, and left us with a beautiful patio area to enjoy. I might say that the work we had done looks better than the concrete the builders poured.

I needed some TechoBloc pavers that I was really struggling to get. A simple call to Central Home Supply got me in contact with Greg who got me a quote right away. And then Reed picked it up from there and worked with me to get a PO for the right stones (Blu 60's not Blu 80's) He was upfront about the delivery timing (~1 month) Reed was super communicative and provided me updates as I requested it. Even better, when the original delivery date was set to a Tuesday, Reed got it moved up 4 days, to the Friday before! Love you guys! I wish I needed paver stones more often so I can give you more of my business! Hmm...I DO have a driveway...
