Updated review: The actual project went fine, and the price was very reasonable for the concrete. We did have some trouble with some unexpected fees and less than professional interactions with management afterward. They made it right by refunding us the unexpected fees after my first review, so I am updating my review to reflect that. In the future, some simple conversations with your customers prior to the project can prevent something like this from occurring. I'm not unreasonable, and wouldn't have gotten so upset if the conversation had been kinder or more compromising from the beginning. A manager should be able to take some negative feedback without arguing with customers.

I had a cement mezzanine patio that was falling apart. It was a fairly complicated project that no less than 8 other cement contractors passed on. Lee High with High Quality concrete took it on - no problem. He was communicative, responsive to my questions, on time to meetings and respectful. He pulled in a great electrician and a metal fabricator and got it done. He was fast too! I would recommend him without any reservations.

He is for sure more than 5 stars! He did a job just 2 weeks ago removing the sprinklers/grass and then pouring concrete on my driveway. So many said they wouldn't do it during the winter. He & his crew were very punctual with communication, and work on the ground. They got it done within 2 days!! His price was very fair too. You will not be disappointed at all. I will for sure recommend him to anyone who needs concrete work.

He did a great job on our patio and base for our shed. I was getting quotes for concrete from many companies and most of them never showed up to give me a bid or disappeared afterward. Then there were others that were twice as expensive. Jaime actually showed up and then did a great job in great time. His prices are very reasonable, too. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat. In fact, when I have the money to do an RV pad, I will hire him again.
