The Illinois Precast Concrete Association (IPCA) is a forum for statewide communication of precast producers, aiming to promote the precast industry. The association maintains a high degree of quality in products and ethics among members, sharing mutual problems and business practices. IPCA provides representation to state and local committees making decisions that affect the precast industry.
