Through hard work, honest business practices, and personal customer contact that only a family owned business can provide, the company has grown tremendously since its beginning in 1981. Today, MPC operates two plants in Harford County, and two in Cecil County. Our delivery fleet of over 140 vehicles is comprised of front and rear discharge ready-mixed trucks, concrete pumping trucks, dumping trucks, and roll-off trucks that service a large selection of trash and debris containers.
