The North Hempstead Housing Authority (NHHA) is a vital part of the North Hempstead Township, providing comfortable and affordable housing in a safe and secure living environment for low and moderate income residents at its senior/disabled buildings, Magnolia Gardens in Westbury and Manhasset Valley in Manhasset. The Housing Authority also owns and manages the beautiful Homestead Apartments in Westbury which opened its doors in 2020. This agency is proud of the housing it provides and works with local officials to bring social enhancements and activities to our community.
