“Updated review: The actual project went fine, and the price was very reasonable for the concrete. We did have some trouble with some unexpected fees and less than professional interactions with management afterward. They made it right by refunding us the unexpected fees after my first review, so I am updating my review to reflect that. In the future, some simple conversations with your customers prior to the project can prevent something like this from occurring. I'm not unreasonable, and wouldn't have gotten so upset if the conversation had been kinder or more compromising from the beginning. A manager should be able to take some negative feedback without arguing with customers.”
