Had our garage floor painting (Poly Urethane product) done recently in June first week, 2024. When he came to give estimate we had indicated the floor and the ledge needs to be done. He gave us a quote and he came and took advance money and power washed the floor of the garage. After that he had medical issues . When he came back to restart the work after 3 weeks he said he wants to be there personally when the work is going on and he asked for more money saying for the ledge he requires extra material . He then threatened to walk out if we did not give more money and since we have waited already so long we agreed . He did the flooring on the first day. The flooring was supposed to be worked on continuously for 3 days. He came on the second day and took most of the money leaving only $800 in balance and left immediately. We sent him a message after the floor was done and he NEVER showed up after to see it. His behavior was not professional. We will not recommend him.

This is an awesome company! The cement guy came on time, was very friendly and respectful of our property. Ready Made had great communication setting up my orders for foundation, walls and they just did floors. They worked very smoothly with our pump companies who pumped the concrete. Updated review: The actual project went fine, and the price was very reasonable for the concrete. We did have some trouble with some unexpected fees and less than professional interactions with management afterward. They made it right by refunding us the unexpected fees after my first review, so I am updating my review to reflect that. In the future, some simple conversations with your customers prior to the project can prevent something like this from occurring. I'm not unreasonable, and wouldn't have gotten so upset if the conversation had been kinder or more compromising from the beginning. A manager should be able to take some negative feedback without arguing with customers.
