Pretty cool place to find misc building supplies. Does not look like anything special from the outside. In fact, it kinda looks rundown, but do not let this deter you from stepping inside. Great place to find interior and exterior doors!

I'm a owner builder of a log home for the past 5 years. Finally the last job having a 250 ft. driveway and parking area poured. Dealt with a lot of contracts in all trades. Thank god for Rudy and his crew. Can not say anything negative about my experience with R&J's concrete LLC. All nice people, quality workmen ship, best price and very professional. Hell they even cleaned up when job was completed!! Most contractors do not do that. 5 stars not enough I give 10!!

Could not be more happy with R+J's quality, professionalism, value, and speed. Rudy is super professional and very flexible, he worked with me to figure out project details that allowed for a quality project that was within my limited budget. Our project was relatively small, a 10 by 30 patio slab. Most contractors would not even entertain this sort of a project, or had a minimum cost for projects that was three times what R+J was able to provide. And finally, they turned our project around extremely quickly, from estimate and quote to finished product it was an amazing 4 days. Again, could not be more happy.

Little River Development took on my project and it was more difficult in both the scope of the project as well as arising problems. Ken handled them well, he is smarter than most contractors so you will need to let him run the project, and be in control, but I assure you when it is all finished the work will be first-rate.

We had a great experience with this contractor. He is an artist with an eye to detail who did a great job replacing a ceiling and then repairing some very damaged drywall. He also refinished wood floors found under the ancient carpet. He painted everything and finished up on Christmas Eve! He was a very hard worker with great quality, as well as being a very nice guy, with fair prices-no extra costs. He did the job until done, with necessary breaks to let drywall dry, but we didn’t have that fear it would drag on and never be finished. He communicated well throughout the process too. I highly recommend Little River Development.
