Claude Allen sent out two crews to my house to fix my foundation. I have pier and beam & they came out & added beams, piers, and leveled the house up. Got an appointment quick. Professional work. Knowledgeable people. Quick work. Took them less than a day. Definitely happy with the outcome. Floors feel 100x better. No more major bounce when my tiny self walks these halls. I can’t recommend Rocky and his team enough at Claude Allen house leveling and repair. They just finished up a job for us (extending our backyard patio) where they exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond! Rocky kept me updated throughout the whole process with excellent communication. He explained each step, answered all my questions and even sent me photos at the end of each day as I wasn’t able to be home while they worked on our project. We needed the steps and sidewalk done to our front porch area. I originally had stated that I just wanted to use the same design as before. Rocky had a great suggestion to widen the steps all the way across. A small suggestion with a huge outcome. It made it feel like an actual entryway to our door. It feels inviting and let’s us decorate since we actually have a front porch now. Another great service was that it unexpectedly starting to pour while they were putting the last touches on the project. The man literally waited under our carport for 1.5 hours constantly going back and fixing the problems the rain was creating. Commitment is an understatement for this company.

Rocky came out to our home today we had some questions and concerns regarding our foundation and some cracked tiles. I was prepared for the worst and prayed for the best. Very professional, on time, worked exceptionally well with the finishers/concrete truck, and completed the work quicker than normal. Made sure my yard/plants didn't get destroyed by the hose, made minimal mess during the process and cleaned up so well after he was done that it was like they weren't even here. I don't think we have properly thanked you for all of your help! We are currently working on a nice thank you gift, but it's been delayed. The fundraiser was a huge success. We have several people in Sendera ranch and the neighboring area that have been asking when we are doing it again. With your permission, we'd like to do a second run on April 9th of the same product. Before then, we have a gentleman willing to buy a lot of cedar mulch (over 10 yards) which we have added the purchase price into his cost. We have received nothing but glowing reviews of your products. We've been telling all of our customers where to get great compost, soils, and other materials. They are in love with you in our area. One of our customers David Ashton actually stood up in front of his church group, told everyone how picky he is with flowerbeds and gardening, but that he reserved a small area for the Scouts to do to help them. Then he testified about how he made a mistake. He said the mulch was FAR superior to anything at the garden stores or home depot. He was impressed with the professionalism of the Scouts. He wasn't even home to give direction, and they executed perfectly. He wishes they would have done ALL his areas (he's one of many asking about April). Bottom line, we were wanting a fundraiser that encouraged work, team work, and bettered the community. I can't imagine anything that fits that ideal better than this one. You are amazing people. It was a pleasure to meet all of you. We would like to offer you a service in return.
