My wife and I contracted with Carlos to rebuild an upper deck on our house. Carlos should have been finished with our project in about a week. By the time he finished not only the deck, rebuilt my dock, Pressure washed painted my lanai, built an observation deck and remodeled my bath room, he was with us a month.
