Custom Precast Company, founded in 1967 by Carl and Karen Kelchen, has expanded its product line and workforce to better serve customers. With a 100,000 square foot production area in Cascade, Iowa, the company houses 16 bridges cranes, two computerized batch plants, and mixers capable of producing more than 500 cubic yards of concrete daily.
