Company put on new roof with some rafters, replaced gutters, power washed wooden stairs and added stain, ordered and replaced windows, added a front cover over the outside stairs with railing and resided the house. People drive by as they no longer recognize the house! Owners and Workmen were sweet and did a wonderful job with excellent clean up. I am using them for commercial space work as well now.

We had a small repair needed on our roof. Very quick response for a proposal and after we excepted the proposal the work was completed quickly as well. Repaired the gutter at the same time which may have been cause of the damage to help prevent from happening on future. Highly recommend.

German, G&R Masonry & Construction, Thank you for the wonderful job you did with the repairs to my front staircase. It was not a typical flat walk and stair situation but rather an elevated, curved stone staircase and railing that had crumbled. The job was a bit challenging. You and your crew took it on, used what you could salvage from the original stone remains which helped match stone colors, placed and cemented the long, wrought iron railing that apparently had not been cemented in place originally, and neatly repaired, connected the new sections to the remaining stairs and front stoop, all while maintaining the curve in the walk seamlessly. German, you and your crew were from beginning to end polite, considerate, professional. I'm very pleased with such good work, such neat work, and look forward to working with you again. Easily 5 stars.

German and his team did outstanding work. Prompt, courteous and professional. They gave my detached garage a complete facelift. It looked terrible, with weathered wood siding that had been damaged by vines and a crumbling foundation. They prepared the garage siding, painted, repaired the foundation (including a new footing with concrete block), cleaned the roof, and poured a new 16x19 concrete patio. I can’t say enough about what a complete transformation they made to my garage and property in a little over a weeks time. If you need masonry or general construction on your property, just hire German…you’ll be glad you did.

I had a pleasure lake project in mind and had called several contractors. The other contractors had plenty of excuses about the conditions not being ideal, too wet, etc. I had begun work on the lake and needed a contractor to finish it out to a proper depth on the deep side with larger excavating equipment. Kelly and his crew came in and did exactly what I needed. They deepened the one-acre circumference lake, hauled in beach sand and rock all around the circumference.

AWESOME JOB! Those are the first words that come to my mind as I reflect on the excellent contribution that you made for Southeastern Electric Cooperative, Inc. during our winter storm which began on November 27,2005. As you know all too well, the rain, sleet and snow all combined to provide the perfect conditions for one of the nastiest storms and system wide damage that we have ever seen in this area. Not only was it a large section of our lines on the western edge of our project, but it extended several hundred miles north and south affecting tens of thousands of Electric Cooperative members in cities in a three state area. On behalf of the SEC Board of Directors, Management, Staff, Employees and most importantly our Members we want to "THANK YOU" for your contribution during some extremely nasty South Dakota weather. With your help we were able to get service restored to about 800 members in just a little over a week with many of them back on during the first few days as we frantically worked to put up three phase lines along SD Highways #44 and #18. Based on our best estimate we had over 1,300 poles down and numerous line breaks. In the whole scheme of things we had over 125 people (Linemen, Mitchell Vo. Tech. Line Department students, equipment operators and general help) working to get power restored quickly, efficiently and most importantly - SAFELY.
