I am using Richmond Ready Mix for a project I am doing at my home on Staten Island. Joe, the owner, takes his time to explain the process with you clearly and with thoughtful care. He did not rush me and makes you feel like your project is important even though it is just a residential job. His expertise ,customer service skills and friendly demeanor are so appreciated especially when having work done on your house is such a stressful time.
