I have had outstanding work completed by Kitsap Custom Concrete.. a driveway and large semi circular patio. The driveway slab was grey with a charcoal boarder which gives the area a very professional look. The large semi circular patio is colored cement in a dark red, stamped with Castle Stone design, and glazed with Low sheen sealer. The workmanship is excellent down to the smallest detail. . Completion of the job was on time. I would highly recommend Marcos and his Custom Concrete business for any cement work.

This is a family business. Zach and Luke are top notch individuals. I had Zach demolish and haul away a 70 year old garage. Luke estimated 3 loads of debris. It actually took 4 loads to the dump, but Luke stayed within his estimate.

I would highly recommend Becker Excavation. Scope of work: - Dig up a filled in pool and hot tub and break up the patio, walls and floor - Mix up the dirt and concrete to back fill the area, compact and prep for covering - Remove two tree stumps I worked primarily with Luke for the project planning phase as well as the execution, though Zach was onsite for a few of the days. These guys are true professionals and I would happily invite them back to my property for future work. Everything was done exactly how they described. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work as well as how they left my property after the job was completed. They even unexpectedly removed yard debris they did not create. They were timely, did exactly what they said they would and communicated well. When things deviated from the original plan, they were upfront about expectations. Unexpected quality touches - Removal of yard debris - I have a gravel driveway where they had to park their trailer. They added extra gravel where they left divots. Honestly that section of my driveway looks better than when they started. - They had to dig up a hot tub behind a rock wall. We discussed putting the stones to the side so I could rebuild the wall after they left. Instead, they rebuilt the wall themselves. The original timeline was 2 days, but it took 4 due to unexpected thickness in the pool concrete. During this time they were cognizant to not disturb my neighbors with excessive jackhammering during early hours.

I was really impressed by Bruce and Keith (finisher and foreman). Bruce rearranged his schedule to give me a bid since we live on the Olympic Peninsula. We had a lot of weather delays due to snow and rain but at the earliest opportunity Keith and his team got the prep and pour done in two work days. It was a technically difficult job with the location of an existing catch basin but the work was done with great attention to detail. In my experience they always kept their word and responded promptly. Their team was fast and clean and the quality of this job raised the appearance of the entire property. If you have to wait a little to get on their schedule there is a good reason for it....they are worth it.

We had pumper truck supply to backyard. Estimated quantity needed was very good. I had separate smaller area, about 6' x 8' that I included in project, to be used as a foundation for a putting green. Beyond that there was one full wheel-barrow of unused cement after cleaning out pipes run from pumper truck. Fortunately I had a place from a different project where we poured that remainder. I would hire this contractor again, but whether it be this one or another I will hope to remember to ask about the disposition of any remainder, especially if I don't have a place to dispose or use. On the bright side, having a little extra is a whole lot better than being a little short. Might not have yielded such a smooth putt.
