Olympic takes the Gold when it comes to pricing, professionalism, and workmanship! I had major issues with my foundation. My wall had moved in about 3.5 inches, and I actively had water coming into my basement. I compared 4 major companies before making my decision to move forward with Olympic: KC Pier, Thrasher, Ram Jack, and Olympic. Of those four, Olympic won out in terms of pricing and my overall comfort level with the plan, and Wyatt himself. I have nothing bad to say about the other companies per say, but Wyatt was so patient in explaining the plan forward, why it made sense, and was understanding that I wanted to also seek other bids. I went back to him with the thoughts that other companies had, and he explained the pros and cons of each and allowed me the time to make my decision. 100% respect both ways. When it came time for the project itself, I was impressed! I work during normal business hours, but I was able to leave my house in their care. They treated all areas of my house with respect and even won over my cats :) <3 . They were very, very careful to keep my door shut at all times so that there were no kitty escapees. Everyone was very friendly during our interactions and seemed happy to be there. All in all, Olympic won my business and I'm so happy that they did! I'll be recommending them to anyone with foundation problems! Thanks to Olympic I can finally have peace of mind whenever it rains!

Excellent Job! Getting a new driveway is a major purchase for me and I wanted it done correctly. Brian waked me through the process, and came to the location on the day of work. The skilled team from Concrete Design of KC tore out and replace 1000sqft of driveway and install an additional 350sqft 3rd parking spot in one day. The crew worked to finish the drive in the afternoon, then they cleaned up and were gone! Loved the one day turnaround. It was clear that these guys had worked together for a while. A great team!!
