I hired Lee for a full rebuild of a second story deck and outdoor stairs that required demolition of the existing structure and subsequent reconstruction. Work was completed in a timely manner and on budget despite the discovery of additional needed work as a result of the negligence of the previous builder. Really went above and beyond my expectations, was communicative at every step, and did quality work.

Recently, I had a new deck put in, a cover for the deck built, a window replaced and a new sliding glass door put in by Lee Enterprises LLC. First, I want to say the craftsmanship of their work was amazing. Everything was well built, to code and finished to perfection. Second, communication was excellent. When I was getting bids, Lee got back to me within 15 minutes after I left a message requesting a call back. Anytime I texted Lee about changes or concerns, he responded promptly during the whole project. While on site working, if changes were necessary, no work was done without discussing with me first. Amazing communication. Lastly, I would highly, and I will say it again, highly recommend Lee Construction to anyone. I plan to use him again.

We made Tom’s job pretty difficult, but he was able to rise to the challenge. He had to jackhammer out a very old reinforced concrete patio before he could start work on the new design. The new design had few straight edges to work with and involved a complex foundation of concrete and sand with extremely tight grade tolerance because of mistakes a prior contractor had made. Almost every single stone had to be custom cut to fit. While the job required more work than originally expected, Tom held to his original quote without complaint or request for adjustment. The final product was beautiful and looks like it will last forever. Our thanks to Tom, we look forward to working with them again in the future.

Tom just did a walkway for my front yard. He was the lowest of the three bids, and he did a wonderful job. He replaced an old walkway and expanded it both wider and longer. He also raised the walkway to the level of my porch so that it was wheel chair accessible. He matched the color of my porch and stamped it to look like cobblestone. I am thrilled with the work, and would recommend him to anyone who needed concrete work.

JS Concrete did a professional epoxy floor last fall for me. The garage floor was grinded and a Sherwin Williams Steel Gray GP3569 epoxy with Shark Grip additive was applied in 2 coats giving a beautiful durable finish that today looks the same as when it was applied.
