I had done my research, and gotten multiple estimate. This company seemed to have the most reasonable prices. I spoke to 'Jake' over the phone. I got a good vibe from our conversation. Jake also offered the service much sooner than that other companies I had spoken to. Jake and his crew came out, and did my house as well as my neighbors. I was happy with the work, my patio had sunk a few inches. It looked pretty rough. After Jake raised it, it looked much better.

Chris came to my home and repaired another persons job. There was a huge patch that lifted and several smaller ones as well. One was even done by me due to garden tree tool. He helped me out by repairing and it not only visually looks better but also keep it from deteriorating further. Darrel at American Structure showed up on time, communication was clear and timely. Project was well managed and done in three days. Before we called American Structure we had a small pond in our yard everytime it rained. After we called American Structure, Julio made detail designs to fix the drainage issue. Abel and his crew worked hard. They we so friendly and polite. We now have the best professionally installed drainage system. It looks like it will last a lon long time. It rained the other day. All the rain went into the drainage system. I recommend American Structure.
