The warranty does not cover standard manufacturing variations, color variations, efflorescence, installation defects, abuse, impact, abrasion, alteration, earth-shifts, unforeseen site conditions, acts of God, or application of de-icing salt or other chemicals. Midwest Block does not guarantee the availability of the same shape or color in the future, but will provide an alternate shape or color from its current product line.
