Tim’s crew showed up every day until the project was done and his time-estimate was right on. Tim and his crew were very easy to talk to and accepted questions at any time. Tim’s estimate was realistic and well explained.

Situated on a hillside, my home was slowly sinking on the sloping end and needed to be leveled every few years. The initial meeting with Tim Mort was very pleasant and professional. I needed to level the area next to my house to put in a lawn. There was just bare rock boulders on a slope going down Hualulai volcano. I called West Hawaii Concrete to order gravel, and Robert, said no way-I needed base coarse so there would be compaction and less water runoff; and then to put cinder soil on top.
