I hired Lee for a full rebuild of a second story deck and outdoor stairs that required demolition of the existing structure and subsequent reconstruction. Work was completed in a timely manner and on budget despite the discovery of additional needed work as a result of the negligence of the previous builder. Really went above and beyond my expectations, was communicative at every step, and did quality work.

Recently, I had a new deck put in, a cover for the deck built, a window replaced and a new sliding glass door put in by Lee Enterprises LLC. First, I want to say the craftsmanship of their work was amazing. Everything was well built, to code and finished to perfection. Second, communication was excellent. When I was getting bids, Lee got back to me within 15 minutes after I left a message requesting a call back. Anytime I texted Lee about changes or concerns, he responded promptly during the whole project. While on site working, if changes were necessary, no work was done without discussing with me first. Amazing communication. Lastly, I would highly, and I will say it again, highly recommend Lee Construction to anyone. I plan to use him again.

This is a family business. Zach and Luke are top notch individuals. I had Zach demolish and haul away a 70 year old garage. Luke estimated 3 loads of debris. It actually took 4 loads to the dump, but Luke stayed within his estimate.

I would highly recommend Becker Excavation. Scope of work: - Dig up a filled in pool and hot tub and break up the patio, walls and floor - Mix up the dirt and concrete to back fill the area, compact and prep for covering - Remove two tree stumps I worked primarily with Luke for the project planning phase as well as the execution, though Zach was onsite for a few of the days. These guys are true professionals and I would happily invite them back to my property for future work. Everything was done exactly how they described. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work as well as how they left my property after the job was completed. They even unexpectedly removed yard debris they did not create. They were timely, did exactly what they said they would and communicated well. When things deviated from the original plan, they were upfront about expectations. Unexpected quality touches - Removal of yard debris - I have a gravel driveway where they had to park their trailer. They added extra gravel where they left divots. Honestly that section of my driveway looks better than when they started. - They had to dig up a hot tub behind a rock wall. We discussed putting the stones to the side so I could rebuild the wall after they left. Instead, they rebuilt the wall themselves. The original timeline was 2 days, but it took 4 due to unexpected thickness in the pool concrete. During this time they were cognizant to not disturb my neighbors with excessive jackhammering during early hours.
