Mr. Galindo and his crew are top-notch, professional concrete contractors. We added a parking pad to the front of our home and a sidewalk leading to our backyard. We also had a new double-wide driveway poured after the demolition of the old, cracked drive. Every step of the way was perfect! I’ve been using Robert Bryer Paving since 1988; started with just doing a simple seal-coat on my parking lot at 5730 West 50th Street when I owned Honda of Lubbock. Over the years, as I’ve acquired more commercial property, Robert has done multiple seal coat jobs, painted some of my barns down at my ranch East of Austin, installed at least one parking lot for me and has always done it with honesty and integrity. There are two things that I really like about dealing with Robert; when he looks at a job, he gets out of his truck, measures the entire parking lot, calculates the square footage (maybe yards?) and then gives me a price that will perfectly fit my budget. Once we lay out all the details, he’ll begin work right away and won’t stop until I’m completely satisfied down to the smallest detail. He did a large office building parking lot for me a few years ago, and a couple of weeks later, we noticed that his crew failed to blade away about 100 square feet of dirt/grass that had grown over one of the parking spaces. One phone call and he was up there almost immediately to fix that situation and re-seal the missed spot. He works with my tenants so as to minimize their disruption, doing much of the work on weekends. And BTW, a THIRD thing I like, his equipment is always clean and well-maintained, unlike may of the other seal-coat crews in the area. All in all, I have been very happy with his services, I have used him exclusively for over 27 years, which speaks for itself so I can highly recommend R. F. Bryer Paving.
