Great communication, walked me through everything, and patiently answered all my questions. Even when they unexpectedly uncovered an old cistern, they didn’t miss a beat & took care of that. A shout out to the Koeppel crew!! I had a 50+ year old retaining wall collapse this past summer and after multiple calls to local contractors as well as landscapers, it seems no one does this kind of work any more. If I even got a call back. After contacting Chad, he met with me within an hour of the phone call, came to estimate and promised to complete the job before winter. Those guys worked like bulls and my husband and I truly appreciate it.

Absolutely would recommend!!!! My entire home was sinking into the ground at one corner. We had basement floods, and water build up outside. American made concrete lifted my entire house up from the basement foundation and since then, have had NO issues or problems. I had no idea this service existed. On top of that, they got back to my call with a punctual and free estimate. Tom and his family couldn't have been nicer with their services, or more practical with their prices. Thank you guys.
