Nick came out to look at a crack in the basement of our newly purchased home. We figured the dropped side (down almost 3”) would be needing raised. Due to the framework in the basement being right on the concrete slab, he advised us it could not be raised without getting into costly framing and drywall repair. Even after realizing he would not be doing the job, he continued to investigate to give a suggestion on a plan to fix the dropped area.
