Formed in 1997 by James Bunker, Genuine Builders, LLC. started as a local concrete contractor working on residential foundations and flatwork.

Dakota ICF is a distributor for Buildblock Insulating Concrete Forms. We have been installing ICF's since 2002. We sell ICF blocks and rent adjustable wall bracing to contractors / homeowners or will do the install for you. Need Drawings? We also have software to put your notes and ideas into a drawing. You can walk through your new house before any dirt is moved.
