I just want to take a moment of your time to compliment you, Lee and the rest of your company on the outstanding floor you installed at the old South St. Paul Exchange Building. My wife and I went to Trivina's for dinner last week and were very impressed with the floor and the bar tops that were installed. We really enjoyed our meal and the ambiance there, but the floor is what really caught my eye. The workmanship and detail was very exact and done to perfection. It is something you should be very proud of! Hopefully the project will be maintained and taken care of. It sure is a show piece and is good not only for your company but the whole architectural concrete industry!

Lowell, I wanted to write and tell you how happy we are with the end result on our two patios. I know our job was a tough one to begin with, and needless to say it didn't always go according to plan. However, through your efforts and expertise the patio's look fabulous and go great with the stone on the house. It has been a healthy exercise for me to be a landscape customer and to experience what happens from the customer's point of view. I now know why Daryl thinks so highly of you. Had a driveway installed in 2015 great crew and work. 2021 had a small problem. They came out 6 years later and fixed it. No questions. Great company.

Unbelievable- got an estimate in August and was told my sidewalk would be replaced and new patio made the end of September the beginning of October. September 26th a two man crew showed up to access the project and said they would start the project at 0645 27 September. At 0640 27 September the crew started work and left around 1730. The work performed was not the only amazing part - I had my roof being replaced at the time and the roofers continued to drop debris in the wet cement. The crew from Richfield continued to ensure that NOTHING would destroy the work they had done. They went above and beyond- if you need concrete work done - this is the company that will ensure you get a great job for s very fair price.

This is the first time I've written a review for ANY company, but these guys are great. They put in concrete steps for us in 2014. Four years later I called them asking advice about a small rusty stain that had developed. I was just looking for guidance, but Tom responded right away and came out and fixed it for free within a week. We were very surprised and happy that they would provide such good follow-up service so long after the initial work.

I contracted CCS to replace my driveway, which was falling apart, and I also decided to replace my front walk. We scheduled a date and time, and they showed up exactly when we agreed. The job was done in one day, and the concrete looked very professionally poured. They put up caution tape and gave me a detailed list of care instructions. They also did some minor landscaping of my front lawn and laid down grass seed, to repair the damage their vehicles did. One month later, my driveway, sidewalk, and front lawn all look great! I will keep this company in mind if I need any more work done in this area.
