We called on Helicon for our backyard pool and deck project. The pool was 25 years old and two corners of the deck had subsided. The retaining wall had cracked, and sand had washed out. There was an additional problem on one side where an animal (we believe one or more armadillos) had excavated a cavern. Helicon gave us a quote for 2 pins at the cracked corner, polyurethane injection and resetting the pavers. The quote was very reasonable, and we signed a contract for the work. However, when the engineers came to plan the actual work they determined the job would need a total of 6 pins. The adjusted the job in the quote – without increasing the price. (To do the additional 4 pins, we needed to remove part of a wood deck, I think they were impressed we were willing and able to do this.) When they completed the injection, they decided the pavers had to be completely relaid, and in order to do this in a timely way, they hired excellent subcontractors who came out promptly completing the job. This was a difficult job, and we are impressed that when facing complications the people at Helicon worked to find solutions and honor the contract. They were professional in every aspect of the job and took pains to find an excellent subcontractor for resetting the pavers, including us in interviewing the subcontractor. All of the work was excellent in the execution, and we have nothing but respect for Helicon. Really a pleasure to work with.

I scheduled an appointment with Helicon for potential foundation issues. Doug came out to my home to assess the problem area. He was very thorough and explained what he believed to be the issue. He was very honest with me and did not give me a sales pitch. He didn't believe I had foundation issues (more of a construction issue) and he pointed me in the right direction. It's hard to find companies that will shoot you straight these days. It seems everyone is a salesman just trying to make a sale. I didn't feel that way with this company

Dustless he'll yes! 12 years ago I changed out the same tile floor and I had dust everywhere. Today. the Dustless team headed by Jeff came in and in less than 8 hrs removed all of our tile with little to no dust and before they left they dusted the cabinets and doors on the way out. This contractor is responsive, informative and honest from the first phone call. My wife's initial contact was with Heidi who answered the many questions we had and spent a good amount of time on the phone explaining the tile removal process. My first appointment had to be rescheduled due to a delay in receipt of my new flooring, which CFL Dust Free Tile Removal gladly changed for me at no charge. The day of removal Bret and his crew arrived on time and immediately started working. While the crew was setting up, Bret explained how the job was going to be accomplished. These guys work hard, are honest and very polite. I can tell you that had my wife and I tried to remove the 600 sq. ft. of tile ourselves, we would have spent more money in time off work, rental equipment, and supplies.
