Ken handled them well, he is smarter than most contractors so you will need to let him run the project, and be in control, but I assure you when it is all finished the work will be first-rate.

We had a great experience with this contractor. He is an artist with an eye to detail who did a great job replacing a ceiling and then repairing some very damaged drywall. He also refinished wood floors found under the ancient carpet. He painted everything and finished up on Christmas Eve! He was a very hard worker with great quality, as well as being a very nice guy, with fair prices-no extra costs. He did the job until done, with necessary breaks to let drywall dry, but we didn’t have that fear it would drag on and never be finished. He communicated well throughout the process too. I highly recommend Little River Development.
