The city has just finaled our ADU moments ago. We are extremely grateful to the City officials and the SDW Construction for making it happen. It is normal for a budgeted project which is dependent on many other external factors to take longer than normal. But our family is happy with the job as it came out. Samuel D White and his brother Tommy White has depth of experience, integrity, flexibility and most importantly ability to listen to client's needs. It is normal to have an up and down through the process but they will get the job done in highest quality according to the budget.

I received an excellent customer service from SDW Construction. They were quick to respond and provide me with a bid. I needed to get some electric and dry wall work done in my office. They came out the same day and took care of everything I asked them to do. Within 3 days everything was complete and taken care of. After each day of work, they would clean the place up and only then leave the office. I will use their services on the future for sure. The owner’s name is Sammy. We moved into a new build, and the backyard was unfinished besides the outdoor room/patio that was built with the home. We wanted to add more concrete to one side and Reached out to SDW for some information and quotes. After checking out a few companies were decided to go with SDW, and I am so glad that we did. Communication to set up the project was simple and the day the work was completed, it was done efficiently, they worked fast and stayed on schedule, and left us with a beautiful patio area to enjoy. After receiving two ridiculous bids from two contractors, I found Benitez concrete. They had no feedback yet [on Yelp], I figured it was worth a shot. After talking with Paul over the phone for 45 minutes, I knew that I had found my guy. Paul was very knowledgeable, timely, and professional. Everything that he said he would do, he did, or let me know instantly when unforeseen conditions arose. I received the bid when he said that I would have it…it was right where I knew it should be. Our project was a small project. I needed to have a 640sf Garage slab poured and some foundations for a new addition. After letting Paul know that he had the job, he told me that he would squeeze me into his pretty tight schedule. I was hoping that this would mean that the project would be done in two weeks after they started. Paul, on the other hand, meant something entirely different. He had his father and help on the job within a couple of days; five days later, they were done!!! The slab is beautiful, they left the job clean and orderly, and all and all did a great job. I could not recommend these guys more highly!
