Work was completed in a timely manner and on budget despite the discovery of additional needed work as a result of the negligence of the previous builder. Recently, I had a new deck put in, a cover for the deck built, a window replaced and a new sliding glass door put in by Lee Enterprises LLC. First, I want to say the craftsmanship of their work was amazing. Everything was well built, to code and finished to perfection. Second, communication was excellent. When I was getting bids, Lee got back to me within 15 minutes after I left a message requesting a call back. Anytime I texted Lee about changes or concerns, he responded promptly during the whole project. While on site working, if changes were necessary, no work was done without discussing with me first. Amazing communication. Lastly, I would highly, and I will say it again, highly recommend Lee Construction to anyone. I plan to use him again.

The work was poured in 3 phases in 2018. Dan and the crew from MPa Concrete were fantastic to deal with, answering all our questions and keeping us updated as we scheduled around challenging weather conditions. Dan did all the coordination with the concrete supplier and pumper trucks and did not rush the schedule, but rather waited for the break in the weather we needed to obtain the best results. Dan also inspected the rebar and mesh installation to ensure there were no issues with the rebar location. At his recommendation, we made some minor adjustments to the rebar the day of the driveway pour. These minor changes ensured we ended up with a superior, long lasting driveway. The finished product exceeded our expectations and we have had many positive comments by other trades, neighbours, friends and family on the quality of the finish and the end result.
