I have had numerous construction companies come to my property to quote me on my backyard... Many came and never sent me a quote and many many didn't show up. I recently cut down <50 trees and upon removing some stumps myself some ledge was revealed. These companies saw my sight and you could see them shaking in their boots with their "many years of experience" saying "you need really big equipment for this job."
