I hired Eric Schroeder Concrete to remove my sea shell driveway and replace it with concrete. I couldn't be happier with the results. Eric and his team knocked out the 2240 SF job in less than 4 days and it looks fantastic. I just wish I had hired him a couple of years ago when I first moved in. Great job guys.

The Kokomo Key community hired Morrison to replace a boardwalk and observation deck along the intracoastal and they also raised and repaired the existing seawall. Overall the experience was excellent. Mike and his team were very professional during the planning and permitting process. They kept us informed and were very responsive when we had questions. The crew lead, Carlos, was truly a perfectionist and I would highly recommend them… Finding a dependable, quality contractor is difficult in Florida and I would give Morrison a 10 out of 10 rating!

My horrible old cracked concrete looks amazing now! They had a solution to put a random flagstone pattern underneath my stilt house. By grinding and fixing cracks, then hand troweling a texture, then staining and sealing. It’s like a new floor for outdoor living which added property value. The 3rd party concrete delivery guy was not good and poured a boatload extra concrete which I helped shovel into piles on a tarp to dry. The next day CS picked it up on a Saturday and took it to the dump. Even though it wasn’t their fault they took care of it without complaint.
