Darrel at American Structure showed up on time, communication was clear and timely. Project was well managed and done in three days. The crew, Fernando Salazar, Ronaldo, Elmer, Hector and Gabriel worked hard and were respectful of my property. I would highly recommend AS for drainage solutions. They are not the cheapest but they came highly recommended by my dependable HVAC guy and didn't disappoint.

Before we called American Structure we had a small pond in our yard everytime it rained. After we called American Structure, Julio made detail designs to fix the drainage issue. Abel and his crew worked hard. They we so friendly and polite. We now have the best professionally installed drainage system. It looks like it will last a lon long time. It rained the other day. All the rain went into the drainage system. I recommend American Structure.

I wish I had better communication and updates from the actual project manager since I was out of town during the project, but I was provided pics of the process with captions upon request once the project was complete. They sanitized the walls before installing the waterproof membrane, which removed the musty odor. They reinstalled the damaged framing and drywall and made the basement look brand new.
