I just want to publicly thank Jim Nett. We had two other very well known foundation companies come out and evaluate a foundation crack. Both companies concluded that the rear corner of the house was settling and that we needed to install steel piers. One company said we needed 6 piers, the other said 4, so we decided to get a 3rd opinion. Jim Nett from Case foundation came out. At the time I was out of town so Jim was only able to view the exterior of the house. Jim called me and said he didn't feel the house was settling, but he needed to view the interior before he was a 100% certain. Jim drove back out from E-town, on his day off, just to confirm nothing was needed. We hired a structural engineer, and he agreed that piers were not necessary. Jim did all of this, just to not make a sell. I whole heartedly recommend Case Foundation because they are a company with integrity. THANK YOU so much Jim, you saved us $7,000!!!

Removed the asphalt driveway and replaced with concrete with stamped accents. Paradigm provided excellent feedback on design details to make the driveway more beautiful. Paradigm demo and removed existing exposed aggregate sections of the concrete driveway and then installed exposed aggregate concrete. They then cleaned the entire driveway and sealed the driveway. The workers were polite and efficient. After the driveway was sealed, water from my neighbor draining their pool ran across the driveway and stained the seal. I called Chad and he sent someone that day to reseal that section of the drive.
